Description of area	The area is in the center of the Öresund. The racks are placed at two depths along the same line. One rack at 20 m and the other at 4 m in order to investigate the difference (numbers and species) amongst the settlers above and beneath the halocline. The area is very exposed to waves, winds and currents. Currents up to 3-4 knots is not unusual. The salinity is changing from 8 PSU in the surface to about 30 PSU at 20 m depth. A typical halocline is located at about 10-15 m in this area. The area is only reached by boat and continous surveillance is availiable if weather permits.
